Refund policy


We have a 2-day easy replacement/return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/return.

To be eligible for a replacement/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT/ RETURN

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Your are not happy with the product quality or size
  • Is in a damaged condition
  • Is missing parts
  • Is a different product than the one you ordered

If your replacement/return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Note: Sometimes, if your pincode is unserviceable due to courier restrictions or other uncertain reasons, we may request you to ship the return on your behalf. In such cases, our team will guide you through the process.

We credit you the return amount directly to your bank account or UPI id within 2-3 days after your return order is recieved at our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note Our brand exclusively serves women with products designed specifically for women's needs. These items are not intended for men, and returns from male customers will not be accepted.
